 + -1 moreIt went well. Professional and friendly. Took the time to explain to a non-tech person. In fact had to explain several times! They come back yearly to update system, add any updates, and address any questions or issues. Very technically savvy and yet still able to help us understand how everything works. Definitely recommend these people for any tech job in your home!
Description of Work: Gary, Jacelynn, and Katelynn provided great technical services in setting up my new home with a great wireless system. He installed security cameras accessible anywhere in the country on my phone. Additionally he installed a wireless network capable of excellent service over a 6000 sq foot home. He mounted 5 large screen TVs throughout our home and connected them to the network, cable, and Apple TV. Surprisingly, they also installed a central-vac system on a two floor home.

 + -1 moreControl4 is a home automation system which can literally control everything in your house including HVAC, lighting, alarm system, internet, every television etc. Every device can play throughout the house and be controlled from the Control4 remote or your phone. I didn't opt for remote internet control of everything for fear of hacking but can control everything from my phone in range of my home network. Remote access is only an inexpensive change to the system and a modest annual fee. Pathway did all of the custom programming for my home and can make changes easily. We are very impressed with their work and are completely satisfied.
Description of Work: Did all of the low voltage wiring in our custom home including alarm system, extensive sound system, home network, Control4 system which controls many lighting functions, internet access, sound system, home theater, video intercom system etc. Most functions can be controlled from your phone over your home network or from afar over the internet if you elect that.
