Rod called me back that day. He asked a few questions about the refrigerator, like was it making any clicking or humming noise. He quoted prices based on what might be wrong since I was hearing a clicking noise. When he arrived, he heard the clicking noise and said it was not the compressor but the starter. He fixed it immediately for the price he quoted over the phone. He was very pleasant, courteous, and on time. He also provides a full, 2 year warranty.
