This repair requires a two-step process. The workman does an inspection, the glass measurement, and a free estimate of the repair cost when he first comes to the home. He later returns with the new glass and installs it. The repairmen were competent and friendly and I enjoyed the working relationship. The cost of the repair was significantly less than the estimates received from other glass companies. With care, the workmen were able to reuse the existing glass bead, thus saving the $25 dollar cost of new glass bead. The quality rating for this job was given a "B", since I suspect that the measurement of the glass could have been made more precise. It was placed and sealed satisfactorily, however.
