From start to finish the quality of the work and the service could not have been better. My initial call to the receptionist to make an appointment was quickly followed up by a call from Chris, the owner, to confirm my appointment. They were right on time on the day of the scheduled work; once there the procedure was clearly explained before work began. Their organization, knowledge of the process, and care they exhibited while working in our home spoke to the exceptional quality of the service. And our carpet now looks awesome! I'm confident the quality of this company's service has no equal.

He arrived on time, was very professional looking and acting. Walked through the house to see exactly what we wanted done, then updated the original phone estimate. We agreed on the new price and he began working. He was there for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours,
working quietly and carefully. There were animal stains to remove in many areas, and he did a great job making our older carpet look and smell good! I was also very appreciative that he was careful of my furniture and walls (which had just been painted) while he worked. Good job!

The tech called us approximately 1 hour early to see if we wanted him early or at the scheduled time. We had him come early. He was professional and very personable. He helped move some items, then did a top notch job. He then went to my 86 year old aunt's house and did her living room for only $40. It was not on his schedule and the minimum he is supposed to charge is $76.00. We and my aunt were very happy with the job.
