New Dell computer is good quality but transferring programs from previous computer was a disaster; some worked and most didn't. Called several times with no answer and no call back. I have been waiting 4 weeks for a call back and nothing, office is always closed. I am not the only one having problems with Mike. I would not suggest that anyone use his services. He will take your money and you won't see him again.
