Yulia Shafranov is really fantastic. She goes above and beyond in order to help you purchase or make your sale. At the time, she wasn't registered with the brokerage company that we were going to use and they were going to give us an additional discount for using one their realtors and intead, in order to work with us, she actually gave us that discount out of her commission. She was awesome. When we sold our home, our relocation company had requirements where they needed you to go to a certain realtor or they had to be registered with them and she went through that lengthy process in order to get registered with them to help us. She's great. I would use her a 100 times over. I recommend her to everyone I know.
