This alarm provider uses a business model where alarm components and installation are sold up front at regular prices with an inexpensive ($14.95/month) month-to-month monitoring contract. Chris was very responsive to our inquiry and installed a very comprehensive system in our home for about $1400 total. I would expect most homes would not need quite as many components as our home. The system was professionally installed on time and works well so far.
