They did a great job and they were just awesome! Bill was the technician, and was just so efficient and quick!

It was fun to be in their store.  The kids that we dealt with were really fun and that was a good experience.  They are pretty good and the kids were really great.  They were fun.  We had to wait for an appointment but it wasn't more than fifteen minutes.

They are the only one that works where I work at and that is the only reason why I use them. Their service is reliable. I do not have any problems with the service. I get a 19% corporate discount every month from them through the company that I work for. The only thing that I do not like about them is that they recently went to that data sharing plan and I do not care much for that. Otherwise, they are just as good as any other cellphone company as far as I can tell. My cellphone bill is like $200 and something a month. I have unlimited calling and texts but I do not have unlimited data. I have limited on that now and I have like a 4-gigabyte per month plan or something like that. I have three phones on my plan. I get drop calls but I work in some pretty remote places. I did have to purchase a cellphone which is a device that plugs into my high speed internet here at my house to be able to get Verizon reception but I live on top of a mountain. So, as far as I know their reception is just the same with any cellphone provider. It is really difficult to get coverage up here in the mountain. Their price is excellent compared to everyone else.

I think they are overpriced and I get dropped calls. Sometimes I will have a message waiting and when I turn my phone on the message shows up two days later. Their customer service was fair but they don't explain everything. I will use them again in the future.

I got in on the unlimited data plan on my phone, but now they don't do that any more, and you have to pay by gigabytes.  We pay for my youngest daughter's cell phone so that we can keep in communication with her and the grand kids, so my wife's phone and mine and my daughters  are all on the same bill.   About six months ago my daughter dropped her phone in horse droppings so we had to actually use my wife's credit to get a new phone for my daughter and I think it cost me around $200 bucks.
