He didn't finish the job that I did talk to him. he wanted other money in middle of job. (to dig to wall of foundation he want $300 ) also he did not apply permit from city Lakewood my house belong. need inspection for his job. I paid $4700 . Right now he want other money that he did not finish job. He notice to lien .
