We found Cameron and Lourdes when we went to check out one of their listings. We still didn't have an agent, we just wanted to jump on this listing because of the fast paced market in Denver. We didn't end up making an offer on the property, but Cameron offered to show us other properties that had just popped up on MLS. It was well past midnight and Cameron was still emailing me properties based on our criteria. I would email him that late at night and he was still responding to me. The next morning at 8am we were looking at homes we had narrowed down and by 1pm the very next day we made an offer on one of the properties Cameron had found for us. During the process Cameron was on the spot, he kept in constant contact, always looked out for us. He managed to get the seller to pay half of our fees in this market! While doing one of the many contract addendum's Cameron managed to find a single word that the buyer’s agent had removed from the addendum, it was amazing. We had a nightmare for a mortgage company and Cameron was constantly on them. I'm pretty sure Cameron talked to my lender more than I did. The wife and I constantly commented about how lucky we were to find these folks and that's the truth. You're not going to find a better agents then Cameron and Lourdes, don't pass them up!

The Gray Team made selling and buying a home an easy, no pressure process. As soon as I contacted Cameron, he didn't demand or ask for me to make him my realtor as so many other people tried to force me into that decision. I worked with Cameron because of that, I appreciate when someone allows me to work at my own pace. He quickly zoned in on what I wanted, exposed me to some options for me to consider and weigh against my comfort zone and ultimately it allowed me to figure out things that we're important to me. He was quick to get a hold of various listing agents and scheduled showings right away in accordance with my odd schedule. The offering, negotiating, and closing on my deal was painless- he gave me both professional insight and what I consider more personal, tailored advice. Lourdes did awesome making my paperwork a breeze, there is so much when you are selling and buying. These guys will make your search much, much easier than some of the horror stories I've heard about, higly recommend them!
