SVE AUTOBODY

My 2004 Honda CRV had a badly damaged front end recently following a car/deer collision. After getting bids from two other body shops, I decided to go with SVE. My contact person, Joe Gonzalez, listened to my request to not replace everything with new parts but instead to simply do the best they could to reattach the bumper, both fenders and rough out the radiator support since the car was already 13 years old. The hood and headlight did need to be replaced with new parts. Other body shops would only give me estimates that included replacing everything--basically doing a full rebuild of the front--and were therefore giving me higher estimates. Joe was very courteous and helpful during the entire process. He was the only person at any of the shops to even suggest that the hood of my car could be "pulled" back into position enough to allow to be opened for regular maintenance while waiting for parts. Joe also taped up the damaged headlight for me. Both of these things were done at no charge. After putting down a deposit on a new hood, I was very pleasantly surprised to find how quickly the shop was able to have it ordered, painted and ready to install. The repairs took only one and a half days. When my car was ready to be picked up, it looked absolutely great, even the fenders and bumper! You could not tell that it had been in such bad shape. The shop also had washed and cleaned the car and polished the left headlight to match the new right one at no extra charge. All in all, I can only recommend this auto body shop, and Joe in particular. Thank you so much for a job well done! :)

Very quick responses, easy to communicate with and very professional and accommodating staff. Estimate and assessment were very thorough and they got my vehicle in faster than most other shops nearby. I would recommend.

My car had been hit in the parking lot at work and the front driver's side panel was pushed back so that the driver door when opened would rub against the panel and make a very loud noise. Additionally, there were scratches and several spots where the paint was missing. I called SVE and they told me to bring it by for an estimate anytime. When I arrived, they were prompt in getting to me and preparing the estimate. Joe was the estimator I worked with and I was very pleased with my dealings with him. He even took the time to try and move the panel back so that it would not rub against the door until I got it back in to them to get the work done. I dropped my car off the next evening and it was ready to go the following evening as promised. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done per the estimate. They also buffed out a mark on the door and touched-up some scratches that were on the bumper - neither of these items were a part of the estimate. Everyone I dealt with at SVE was great and I would highly recommend them.

SVE was priced a little higher than the other two estimates I received, but the SUV is high end (with radar and sonar sensors) and less than a year old.  I wanted the job done right with no further problems or issues.
SVE came through on the repair.  The dent was removed and the repaired area angles were perfectly restored.  The paint job matched the existing and was well blended to the rear door, bumper and roof.  I was amazed that the color was matched so well.
The SUV looks perfect again and the repair is not detectable.
The vehicle was correctly re-assembled and all of the electronic system work fine.
SVE provided a life time warranty on the work.
Although the price was higher, I felt that the value was there.  I will continue to trust SVE with any body or paint work, especially on high end vehicles. I will recommend SVE to anyone looking for auto body and paint service.

They fight for their client against the insurance company so they do their work properly. The cars have come back in a better condition than they were before the accident. They really do fantastic work and it's the only auto body shop I will use. What is nice about them, is that they do the arguing with the insurance companies. I don't have to fight for getting the work done the right way. He does that for me. The thing that most impressed me was that the cars had come back looking like they are right off the showroom. And they drive like they are brand new too.

  I had several estimates of  $1500 dollars from two  body shops because front bumper had several dents as well as side fender cut but at S V E  auto body I was told front bumper dents would just pop out which they did after Joe lay under the front bumper and gave the dents a couple of bangs with his fist. Front bumper problem solved free of charge.  That left the lower deflector panel and the right front fender cut.  We did have to make an appointment several weeks ahead as these people are busy. Joe was very helpful in showing me I didn't  have to replace the front bumper. It took several days to finish everything and the fender looks as if it  had never been damaged. Very nice job and about $800 dollars saved. It pays to get several estimates.

Quoting process was quick and painless.  It does take a while to get on their schedule (because they are a good body shop and have a backlog).  Work was performed within the quoted and scheduled time.  Had a wind noise problem afterwards which they promptly fixed (same day service).

They were very efficient, professional and not costly. I was afraid that it would be very expensive to repair the bumper but they came up with a viable solution. I always appreciate a business that excels in customer service and does great work.

They did an excellent job. The insurance covered the cost of the service. The estimator Mike was very thorough. He walked me through the process and pointed out a couple of extra things that the other body shops I went to didn't. They were recommended by our mechanics. I would use them again in the future.

Everyone we dealt with was professional and knowledgable. I especially liked how they explained to my teenage son what had happened (to his car) and how it was fortunate he was driving the Toyota instead of the fancy car he wished he had. The work was done well, on time, and they even included a small can of exterior paint so my son could do some "touch ups" on the car. Highly recommended!

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS. THEY HAVE BEEN CONSISTENT IN THEIR PERFORMANCE OF WORK. THEY USUALLY CAN DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY.
