Sid of Sanchez Mechanical was amazing! He responded to my call even on his day off (Sunday). Told me it was his day off but said I could come by and get a replacement fan motor if I was willing to try to install it myself. He walked me through some things on the phone and was very considerate. In the end, it turns out it was a circuit breaker issue, so it was solved without cost! Sid was professional all throughout.

Sanchez Mechanics was the best of the companies I contacted while making the decision to buy a furnace for my daughter-in-law in Aurora. Living in Washington State, interviewing over the phone, I had to find a reputable dealer with a fair price to quickly install the furnace in her unheated house. After reading four highly negative comments on other web sites, I initially told Sid that I felt I could not go with him. He had not seen those remarks and was very disturbed, stating they were blatantly false and written by one or two individuals in the same house that he had two encounters with. He agreed with my feelings but proceeded to convince me of his sincerity and integrity. Based on his explanation, I hired him. He had the ducts cleaned and the furnace installed the next morning, not waiting for payment from me. My daughter-in-law tells me the furnace is warming their house as never before and my grandson's headaches are gone. He was great, job was great--what else can be said. Case closed! C. I replaced the heating and ac unit in my home in December 2008 with new units bought and installed by Sanchez Mechanical. On February 19 2010, the furnace stopped and there was no heat. I called Mr. Sanchez who attempted to instruct me over the phone how to check it. He then said he would come fix it. He and his brother arrived and determined it was a fuse that needed replacement. They did not have the correct fuse with them and went to Home Depot , returned and replaced the fuse. There was no mention of a charge until Sid Sanchez was walking out and said the fuse was not under warranty and he'd send his brother in with an invoice. In addition to the $28.00 fuse, they charged me 175.00 total. When I questioned the bill, the brother stated "I'm just the messenger". I feel I was grossly taken advantage of for a maximum of 10 minutes of work!
