Rainbow Carpet Tools & Supplies

This provider installed new carpeting for me but unfortunately, after almost three years, I have ripples in my carpeting because they did not install the carpeting correctly. They must not have stretched it enough. The problems with the carpeting are in rooms that are hardly every used - formal living room and extra bedroom. I am very saddened by this especially since I have a grand piano in the living room that might have to be moved to correct the problem. I called the company and they said that since it has been over a year that they would not fix the problem without me paying them. They wanted to know why I had not called them sooner but unfortunately, the problem just showed up in the last several months and is surely due to poor installation. They still said that I would have to pay to have it fixed. I would not use this company in the future.

They were very nice and punctual. I did have a problem with the installer, but I called the owner and he got right on top of it and took care of that. It did delay finishing it by a day, so instead of taking four days, it took five days. Overall I am happy with my tile job. It looks very professional. We did have an issue with some tiles and the installer and I discussed it and so we ended up doing something else. He was very knowledgeable.

They were excellent. I would rate them highly across the board. I have recommended them to several neighbors and businesses after my experience with them. I would continue to use them again in the future.
