There are some soft spots that they did not take care of.  There are nails sticking through my garage plywood about an inch.  They have not finished the work yet.  They are going to replace my gutters and fix my patio and caulk my windows.

I had numerous estimates but I chose Quality because Don the estimator seemed honest and knowledgeable, and I was right. Don was easy to reach throughout the process and very forthcoming about his dealings with the insurance company. My roof was damaged by an extreme hail storm so it took a while for them to get the materials, but after talking to others who were getting re-roofs at the same time they are still waiting for their jobs to be completed and my roof job is complete. Don made sure that my new skylight was exactly the same as the damaged one, and went back and forth with insurance until they paid for all the damage. When the day came for the roof to be replaced I thought I'd be dealing with days of noise and debris, but they got the whole thing done in about 8 hours. They use their own crew and they were polite and efficient. They cleaned up their mess and the roof looks great. Don also told me how to repair my previously damaged soffit and fascia and he knew what he was talking about. Quality is a local company, not storm chasers, and they will be there in the future should any issues come up. I highly recommend Quality Roofing.

They came out and gave us an estimate. The estimate included finding the correct tiles to match. They came out when they said they would come out.
