They could have come in my house, put an oil, and charge me but no, they didn't charge me at all and helped thru phone call.

The overall initial installation was pretty routine but the after sale service was not. Over 2 years later (1/13) I called them the unit was malfunctioning (remotes and keypad not working properly). The manuel they left at installation had been OK for minor issues but this time I needed more assistance. I talked to a very helpful lady at Quality Garage Door , expecting her to schedule an expensive service call, but she said she thought she could walk me through a solution in a few minutes at no charge. It actually took about 15 minutes, but she was right. So instead of having to pay for an expensive service call, I had the problem fixed and got a free quick course in what the problem was and how the unit worked. Any company that does business this way, putting their customers first, can count on my business in the future.

Peggy was great on the phone. She answered all of my questions. When there was a last minute change in the installers' schedule, they actually were able to come to my house the same day I called, AND they arrived a little EARLIER ,than they'd said they would! That alone was impressive. The installers were extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and never complained, when I know it got really warm inside the garage. The entire job didn't take long at all. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone! I'm glad, I got to support a local business.

WE HAVE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH COMPANY ON THIS OCCASION AND A PREVIOUS TIME. THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME DAY AS OUR INITIAL PHONE CALL. GREAT PRICES.

WE CALLED THEM ONE DAY AND THEY WERE OUT ON THE NEXT, THEY REPLACED BOTH SPRINGS CAUSE THEY SAID IF ONE BROKE THE OTHER ONE 1 WILL BRAKE SOON. THEY ALSO CHECKED THE REST OF THE DOOR. THEY WERE POLITE AND DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.
