+ -1 moreI called the office over 20 times in the course of 2 weeks without one returned call. I sent an email with concerns about our security deposit on June 28th and never had a response after they indicated they would respond withith 7 days. It has now been 30 days since the email was sent. 3 messages were left with the owner, Lee Jennings. Five days after the first voicemail he gave me a call indicating to call the office, which I had been continually calling previously with no response. Absolutely stay away from any rental home using this property management company!!!!
Description of Work: After vacating the property, the landlord would not return our full security deposit. The home was cleaner when we left than when we moved in. He charged us for damages to the house that were pre-existing.
