7/31/2014 VERY EXPENSIVE. charged me $195 to spray 1 spot on my back covered porch for wasps. The inspector came out first, did not bother to bring my name in with him when writing an estimate, instead of admitting this and asking, he grabbed a piece of my mail that was sitting on my table!! And had to pay up front prior to any work being done. When the technician arrived 2 days later,acted as if he knew nothing about the job to be done. When I showed him the wasps (I had taped and plugged some of the holes) seemed afraid to even touch the tape, there were wasps flying around. He was only wearing nitrile exam gloves, certainly not enough protection which surprised me. I finally had to tell him to just rip off the tape fast.I was ready to get up there and do it myself. I showed him the other area that I wanted sprayed, it was on the top level of my 2 story home by the fireplace (outside). He takes the spray can and sprays upward from ground level. I told him he could use my ladder that happened to be right in front of him. FINALLY he did. He had ladders in his truck but I had to provide not only my ladder but also my step stool to reach the wasps on my patio. He was not prepared at all!! He seemed like he did not know what he was doing. I was not impressed! I had a time crunch for this to be done otherwise I would have told them to take a hike from the very beginning when the inspector showed up.. I WILL NEVER UTILIZE THEM AGAIN.

They were so late when other contractors were here to replace the wall, that they ended up tearing up our contract and not charging anything.

Once the guy went into an area in the garage that we did not want to go into. We heard something. He inspected the area, cleaned it, and set up something so it would not return.  He took care of the problem.

They come out every two months or so. Their pricing is fair. They provide quality pest control.

I do have a contract with them and have been using them for the past 8 months. When I initially called them, they were very responsive. Also, the service technician is good about explaining what he is doing and would recommend them to others.

We do not have any spiders, and my wife is happy about that. Overall we are happy with the service, and we will be using them again in the future.
