Nuwest was very professional and easy to work with. The entire roof was completed in one day and looked great. When one minor problem was noted during a final check, Bud came out personally with his foreman to fix it.

Bud Hartman of Newestroofing is all you can ask for and then some when it comes to honesty, integrity and punctuality. I had reached out to 4-5 roofing companies for estimates. Some did not show. Some emailed a quote. A few that I wanted additional information from did not follow up. Nuwest Roofing/Bud Hartman and his crew did an excellent job of completing a roof on the house and shed all within expected time frame. Insurance company was pleased too with the paperwork that kept it simple and stayed within allocated budget with no over runs. Worked with me answering all my questions from the initial quote till end of job. Clean up all debris when finished was superb. Workmanship was guaranteed for 5 years. We were very pleased with Nuwest Roofing, was an easy process. They worked with us and our insurance to get new gutters as well as a new roof. Work was completed in a timely manner and clean up was excellent. I was surprised at how well they removed all the debris, we couldn't tell they were there. Will definitely use them again.

Our entire experience was great. Since we did not have any current damage or leakage issues we took our time looking at different materials, colors, and companies. Other companies immediately talked about cost. Brian our project manager from Nuwest first wanted to talk about what we wanted and how our roof was different from other houses in our neighborhood. Our house has half-hip gables and a lot roof area and ridge line that is visible from the street. Brian pointed out other nearby roofs talking to us about the materials and installation techniques used. Brian then talked about the products and installation techniques Nuwest could use on our house to not only provide a solid functional roof but also to create visual enhancement to all of the visible ridge and valley lines of our roof. We are very happy with the result. We get a lot of complements from neighbors about how good our house looks. We would definitely recommend Nuwest for roofing work.

It was a very good experience. No payment was required until the job was complete, questions/concerns were addressed quickly, and the work was performed with great attention to detail and craftsmanship.

I used Nuwest Roofing back in 2010 after the last hail storm. After the most recent hail storm I had the insurance adjuster come out to inspect the roof. He said I needed a new roof - and added - whoever did your roof last time you should call them again. "THE QUALITY 0F THIS ROOF" is the BEST I have been on. That told me right there to call Nuwest again and have them do my latest damaged roof. The work has been scheduled and I truly believe it will be of the same quality and be very reasonably priced. Nuwest installed a new roof for us in October 2012. The installation went very smoothly and as promised. The roof has performed perfectly since it was install. I'm writing this now because we needed some help documenting the details of the materials and work that was done to sell our house. Nuwest -- specifically Brian and Bud -- went out of their way to provide that information we needed. In short, Nuwest was great when they installed the roof and they were happy to help years later.

Not only he was very well priced, he exceeded all my expectations and then some. He even offered to talk personally with the HOA when we were having issues with the approval of the roof replacement. I recommend him without thinking it twice :)
