I am so surprised that their service is so poor.  They have cleaned our house 4 times and each time there's been major things missed - toilets not cleaned, wood floors not swept or mopped, counters not cleaned, shower not wiped down, etc.  While they have a 24 hour guarantee (they'll send someone back to do what wasn't done), that's a pain if you can't be available for them.  They don't always send the same team so re-training is necessary if there's something particular you like done.

They have good cleaners and bad. We never get the same person because we only have them come once a month. They also use a horrible lemon smelling spray in the garbage cans. I have asked them every month not to use it but they continue to do so and it has made my family get headaches on cleaning days.
I will be switching to a new cleaning service.

They did an okay job but seemed a little pricy for the quality service they provided.

Setting up an appointment is a quick easy process.  The girls have come in teams.  They quickly get to work and focus on the areas that I request.  In my case that is the bathrooms.  They are friendly and very efficient.

overall, i like that they try to send me the same girl each time. I dont like that they are pressed for time always because I like my house very clean, i have seen areas that have been overlooked, but overalll they take care of my stuff and are respectful, i will continue to use them unless i find another company that does it better but for now it works

They have been here twice and they have been good so far. With maid services it's a matter of do they do a good job? That's how I would judge it, and if they weren't I would switch services. They are about on par with being competitive in pricing.
