Leading Edge Window Cleaning

Leading Edge was running a Groupon for a great price, cleaning inside/outside, plus screens and tracks for something like $50 for 24 window panes. I called and spoke with Bob, the owner who was very pleasant on the phone. I explained what services I was looking to have done and asked him if I should just purchase the Groupon and then pay for the work that way. He said I was out of his zip code range for the Goupon to be valid - he is HQ'd somewhere up north, and I am in Highlands Ranch. So, to make it worth his while and pay for the gas and trip down here, he quoted me about $120 and said he'd swing by next time he was in my area (a few days away) to look at the job. He came when he said he would, in fact he switched appointments around for my schedule since I had to be at the airport that afternoon. Bob told me it would run a bit more after taking a close look and counting all the windows, then he took 10% off for me, so in all I paid $135 for the job. Bob did a really nice job, my windows were very clean, and it was nice not to have to look through dusty screens, too. It was a bit more than I had budgeted to pay, since $50 is a lot less than $135, but Bob was a nice guy and did a great job. I think it was a fair price. He did have to get up high to reach my 2nd story windows.
