I had Kraemer install a new ac unit in July 21. After reaching out to my go-to HVAC company who had provided a quote in Oct 20, they told me they couldn't honor that quote or give me a new quote for a month. In that time I had 3 others provide quotes and chose Kraemer based on price and initial customer service. When it came time for the install, they were on time and also adjusted to some unknown conditions, improving the way both the new ac and existing furnace will function. I'm only 1 day into the install, but it's record heat and I'm 100% satisfied with the work.

We had a non-working swamp (evaporation) cooler that we had not used for years, and were looking at buying a window unit, but not happy about it. i posted a request for quote on Home Advisor, he came up highly recommended, and I reached out to him. We set an appointment, just for evaluation, and he was able to research and find a motor for about half the replacement cost, and recommended some new filters. We agreed on a time and price for him to come back and install/repair it. He came back today, but instead of being done with my one hour conference call, it became a 5 hour push to satisfy a critical deadline call. When Kyle called me, I thought he was just advising me he was on his way, but he had gotten here, failed to reach me, and went to the outside swamp cooler and changed out the motor and filters while I was on the call. I came out, we tested it, he made a small adjustment, and the house is cool! He came on time, within budget, and even handled a snafu without interrupting my call. Smart, fair, reliable, and even saved me about $150 from the highest replacement motor online. Will use again.
