I was really unhappy with their work and when trying to contact them they did not return my calls/emails. They replaced a fence which turned out relatively fine and then they also replaced a gate, installing it in a location further towards but the front of the house but the exact placement and installation was terrible and I will have to either attempt to fix it myself or hire someone else to do it. Here are my complaints about their work: When the gate opens it strikes the gutter that directs water away from the house (image1). Even when this part of the gutter is folded up the gate latch skims against the gutter when it is swung open (image2), though we need to leave that gutter in place to direct water away from the basement in the event of heavy rains. If the gutter is down there is no way to open the gate from the side of the house, because you can't reach the gutter from behind the gate (image3). Also there is a a nail end on the inside of the gate that looks like it was hammered flat but is still quite sharp and someone could cut themselves on it (image5). Finally (and more recently) the latch stopped working correctly, it now scrapes instead of latching.

They were great! The estimate was free. The work was done a few days ahead of schedule. The work itself looks great and they took great care to make sure the posts were straight and the gates swung evenly. Clean-up could have been a bit better, but overall they were easy to work with, answered my questions and did the work I expected. Maybe a little more than I expected! I would recommend them.
