I brought the cylinder in. Service promised for 3-4 days and it was done in 1 day. Very professional and friendly to work with. A straight-up, competent business, IMO.

Great Discussed my wants and offered good solutions

Excellent. The staff person, Rachel, provided an exceptional level of service and selflessly worked with my specific requirements to find a solution that fully worked. At one point I even dropped the cam lock and watched the pins and springs leap from it and onto the floor. Rachel was patient and kind as I apologized and helped her find the frustratingly small items.

Superb Professional

Lock was installed okay. After a short time the lock mechanism started sticking. Called Jimmy Lock to come out and fix the problem. They said that they would be charging another trip charge and labor to fix the lock. The lock has only been installed a short time. I felt the Jimmy Lock should've stood behind their work and the quality of their products, and fixed the lock.

We've worked with Jimmie's a few times. Their service is good and reliable. They are not the quickest to respond, but do get things done within a half a day.

I AM PROPERTY MANAGER FOR HOUSE. THE RENTER (MY SON) WAS SENT TO JAIL AND HIS DOG WAS LOCKED IN HOUSE. I DID NOT HAVE KEYS TO HOUSE BECAUSE MY SON HAD CHANGED LOCKS. I HAD TALKED IN DETAIL WITH COMPANY SECRETARY ABOUT IF I NEEDED ANY DOCUMENTS TO SHOW TO LOCKSMITH I WAS DUE TO MEET AT HOUSE AND SHE SAID 'NO.' THE LOCKSMITH/OWNER WAS VERY RUDE AND REFUSED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE EVEN WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I COULD PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT I WAS PROPERTY MANAGER, BUT THAT I WAS TOLD BY HIS SECRETARY I WOULD NOT NEED DOCUMENTATION AND THAT BECAUSE I LIVED 40 MILES AWAY I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN WITH DOCUMENTATION ON THIS DAY AND A DOG WAS TRAPPED IN THE HOUSE. THE LOCKSMITH/OWNER INSISTED THAT I STILL OWED HIM A $55 SERVICE CALL AND I REFUSED TO PAY IT BECAUSE I HAD BEEN TOLD I WOULD NOT NEED DOCUMENTATION THAT I MANAGED THE PROPERTY. HE STORMED OFF IN TRUCK, BUT RETURNED LATER AND PERFORMED THE SERVICE AND WAS PAID FOR SAID SERVICE. THE EXPERIENCE WAS UNPLEASANT AND WAS NOT NECCESSARY IF LOCKSMITH/OWNER AND SECRETARY WERE IN GOOD COMMUNICATION ABOUT COMPANY POLICIES.

The best experience I've had with someone coming to my house to help me get something fixed. All my locks had different keys and I was going crazy keeping track of them.  I even got extra copies of the new key for this price, so I consider it the best money I've ever spent.

He was great. He was friendly and on time. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL OVER THE PHONE WHEN I ASKED IF THEY COULD UNLOCK MY FILE CABINET. THEY SAID THE LEAST EXPENSIVE WAY WAS TO PURCHASE A NEW KEY INSTEAD OF MAKING A HOUSE CALL.
