JD Enterprise

Jeff sanded and finished our kitchen floor in 2012. It looked great! Over time, the medium stain became lighter and lighter until eventually we saw splotches where the stain was gone and the edges around the wood were much, much lighter. I called Jeff to have him look at this issue and he immediately mentioned that he had had a batch of bad stain from a company, which had changed its formula. He also mentioned that there were other customers that had this problem and he would fix it. I mentioned that I would also pay him some money for his efforts. We agreed to do the re-finish on Monday, May 9th. However, Jeff simply did not show up. We had cleaned out the kitchen and prepped everything so that all he had to do is start work. Since he did not text, send email or contact us in any way, I called him and he responded that he had to finish a job that he had started on Friday. We rescheduled for Wednesday, May 18th, the following week. Again, Jeff did not show up! Again I called him and he said he would be at our location after he has finished with his job in Golden, which we interpreted as around lunch-time. He responded with a text message "Yes, sir". I have not heard from him since. We tried all his phone numbers, email, and sending texts. NO response. I would NOT hire him to do any work as he is just not reliable, responsible, or understands communications and customer service. He makes a good first impression, but that is about it. Hire someone else... PS I tried to resolve this issue with BBB, but I guess he doesn't want the re-work, even if someone pays for it. I wonder how many of his other customers had to refinish their wooden flooring.

we could not be happier with Jeff, his team and the beautiful new floor we have! Jeff arrived at our house on time to measure, had samples in hand, fully explained in detail the work needed to be done and emailed his bid the next morning. Our project was a bit tricky. We had carpet to be removed, new wood flooring laid next to existing wood flooring in hopes they would match. Our new floors turned out amazing! Looks like they were laid the same day, not years apart! The work was completed on time and Jeff's crew was great. We will defiantly us Jeff for future work and highly recommend him.

Jeff was wonderful in every way, from start to finish. His bid was complete, leaving nothing to second guess. Jeff's crew was prompt, worked quickly , paying attention to detail. We had new wood flooring laid beside existing flooring and Jeff matched the finish beautifully! We could not even see where the existing wood met the new wood. The floor is seamless. I would highly recommend Jeff and will absolutely use him again in the future!

The best recommendation I can think of for a contractor is that he did
exactly what he said he would do and the job was finished on time, on
budget, and to our expectations!

Overall the experience was excellent. The service was great, the price was outstanding and the quality was good.

We had a great experience with JD Enterprise. Jeff was great to work with during the entire process. He answered all of our questions, made sure we understood the different steps and was very responsive to phone calls. Their work was amazing. We still can't believe they are the same floors. Even where they had to pull up a large section to remove some 2x4's we can't tell which board are new and which are old. During the stain color selection process he showed us how each color looked on the floor with a small 1x1 test patch. He explained what each type of color did for the different grains and even mixed us a custom color, which we ended up selecting. Overall we would recommend JD Enterprise to anyone looking to have work done on their floors.
