I cancelled on them and they came out anyway so their communication between them and their driver was poor. Their ability to then come back and make it right and they did make it right. It was much more than another store was. I was having trouble with it leaking after they put it in. They came in and put in a some kind of a custom adjustment piece. I thought they were trying to hustle me but they did not charge me for it. They took care of it. They came in and did the right thing. They did not do a good job of communicating between the salesman and the driver and shipping department. The quality was good. They were pretty good at getting back with me. They really did get back to me on time. I like Home Depot but the communication between them and the people they hire is not good.

DEFINATELY OVERALL WE HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE, WITH THE HOME DEPOT STAFF. THE CARPET CAME IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME AND FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED THE INSTALLATION OF CARPETING FOR OUR FAMILY ROOM. IT IS APPROXIAMITLY 800 SQUARE FEET.
