I waited three weeks for them to contact us because it was a 'customer pickup.' I phoned Home Depot and they said they would check on it. I received a return call saying that it was in the store ready for pickup. We went to the store and they could not locate the tiling. They said they would search further and phone us. The next day I received a call saying that the box of tiles was in the store and that they overlooked it. I had to make an additional trip to the store to pick up the tiles.

I had several problems with the installation including running out of carpet on the stairs. They had to reorder additional carpet to complete the job and I lived with half a staircase bare for several weeks. There was also a problem with the way the carpet was laid in one area and it took about four visits from HD reps to come out and look at my carpet. No one wanted to accept the blame for running out of carpet. I was very upset with the whole process.

Very professional. They explained how every thing would fit into the windows and how they would operate. The rep phoned me the next day to confirm everything. I was very satisfied with the complete process.

HOT WATER HEATER WENT OUT ON A SATURDAY MORNING. I WENT TO HOME DEPOT & LOOKED AT AVAILABLE HEATERS. ORDERED BY PHONE BEFORE NOON. DEER CREEK PLUMBING INSTALLED NEW HOT WATER HEATER AND REMOVED OLD ONE. ALL WORK COMPLETED BY 4:00 THAT SAME DAY. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR SATURDAY. LATER CITY OF LAKEWOOD CAME OUT TO INSPECT AND OK. VERY HAPPY WITH HOT WATER HEATER & INSTALLATION. ALL DONE WITH ONE PHONE CALL TO HOME DEPOT.

THEY ARRIVED 4 HOURS LATE TO OUR HOME. FOUR OF THE BLINDS WERE CUT TO THE WRONG SIZE AND HAD TO BE RE-CUT. OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOME DEPOT WAS VERY POOR. IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING, BECAUSE WE HAD OTHER SERVICES THAT WERE ALSO GETTING DONE AT THE SAME TIME AND THEY REALLY SET US BEHIND SCHEDULE.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. I CHECKED MANY OTHER CARPET STORES AND FOUND HOME DEPOT TO BE THE BEST BUY. WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE.

WE WERE HESITANT AT FIRST, BUT THIS COULD NOT HAVE TURNED OUT BETTER. FLOORING SPECIALIST TOLD US ABOUT TWIST, DENSITY, FIBER, ETC., BEFORE EVEN TRYING TO SELL ANYTHING. ESTIMATOR MADE A SKETCH OF EACH ROOM - THE FINAL WAS 25 YARDS LESS THAN A WELL KNOWN CARPET COMPANY HAD PREVIOUSLY ESTIMATED. THE INSTALLERS COULD NOT HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB.
