We hired Heritage to help design our new kitchen to include new cabinets, counter tops and backsplash. We needed to remove a wall and they gave us a name to contact to give us an engineered report stating wherther it was a load bearing wall or not (thank you). They also gave us a budget for compete remodel (electrucal, plumbimng, carpentry, flooring, 100% turnkey). We decided to go with a diferent contractor for the floorimg, electrical and carpentry, using Heritage for purchase of cabinets, install countertops and backsplash. Hindsite, our encounters with Heritage was "AWESOME" and other contractors lacking in quality and scheduling. Knowing what I went through, I whised I had hired Heritage for the entire project. Quality, customer service is one of the best I have encountered from the office to field personnel, top notch! Thank you Maggie and Barb for all your help!

Very courteous and professional installation crew

Simply wonderful customer service! They did 80% of our total kitchen renovation from floor to ceiling in 2019. Because of last year's really tight labor market, some subs were not as good, but Heritage themselves did their best. It was a big, complex job.

Overall experience was good. Only thing, would have been nice to have design consultants actually visit the house to help with final design and choices. Rather than making all decisions in design studio, and with small samples.

I am extremely happy to have found Heritage and will use them for further projects.

Heritage was great to work with. They were very flexible with us and our crazy schedules. Their price was great, and they provided documentation for choosing the edge we wanted for the counters as well as outlining what we needed to do to prepare for both templating and installation. I really appreciate businesses who are thorough and conscientious about such things, and Heritage definitely is! They also put down sheeting to walk in and out of our home on during installation, which I thought was great, and did their best to keep the dust at bay with a small vacuum. We'd happily use them again!

I love to support small family-owned businesses. This one gets mostly 5 stars from me. The only reason I had to go down a bit was because on installation day, the guys were over an hour late and hadn't called to let me know. I had to call them. I selected my granite from the remnants they had in stock and so I paid a litle less than if I'd had to select a whole slab. I'm happy with my selection and I would use them again.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. I highly recommend Heritage for your stone countertop needs.
