Previous owners had two huge dogs. The build up after 30 years without a cleaning was sizable. Healthy Home's system handled it with no problems and now everything's squeeky clean. Couldn't be happier.

We have used the services of this fine and reliable company for years, including carpet and duct cleaning and even a post water leak "re-do". During their most recent visit to our home they again did a truly outstanding job for us. Steve is highly experienced in all aspects of the company's services. His work at re-stretching the carpets was masterful, especially given some extra logistics challenges. Mike, partnering with Steve, was both thorough and noticeably careful in tasks such as during his cleaning the carpets. Both are so pleasant to work with. These two, along with the great staff at the office, have again definitely earned a 5-Star rating from us. We trust them to be in our home and to do the job "right".

As usual, the Healthy Home folks did a really great job in a tough situation (hoses had to be stretched from another adjacent building where advance arrangements must be made to access the water tap; there's too much furniture in too small a space; and, due to Covid, cleaning was long overdue and the carpets were extra dirty).

The technicians were on time (actually a little bit early, and they did call to make sure that timing would work for us). They were polite and respectful, and it seems that they did a thorough job, although it's difficult to tell with ducts - but we could hear that there was a great deal of debris that was being vacuumed out of the ducts. Overall, I would recommend this business.

The cleaning itself was fine, but do yourself a favor skip this place and their misleading advertising. They sold me on their coupon for 4 rooms, but then tried to charge me extra to add a fifth room after the fact without bringing this to my attention. They did not confirm this extra fee/charge with me before doing the work and have explained the extra fee away because one of the rooms is over 200 sqft (barely). Two out of the remaining three rooms are approximately 100 sqft each, so the total square footage should be a wash especially without prior approval. But nope, they keep calling trying to get me to pay another 30% over their advertised price. Read the fine print, and beware of their false advertising games.

Top to bottom, excellent job! I've used them before for area rugs & carpets, but hadn't tried the other services. I literally couldn't find a thing that they didn't do well. Cleaning, plus attention-to-detail on chair legs, returning things to the right location, etc. I also left them my keys and they were great about confirming where / how they should be returned. They also called with the price quote after a walkthrough, which was very appreciated. Seriously... ALL GOOD! :) Including photo of a carpet that was just gross. Wish I had BEFORE pics... but just trust me. Ugh!

Best air duct cleaning I've ever had! We've had our ducts cleaned before by another company, but it is clear now that the other company did not do a good job. Healthy Home Services was very through and spent a good amount of time on each duct. They also exhaust all the air outside, so there was no dust being blown through the house. I would definitely recommend them!

This is the second time I have used Healthy Home. Kevin has been the person that was sent both times and he has done a great job each time. My carpets are truly clean and this time also he cleaned 2 area rugs for me. I would highly recommend this company. They are skilled at what they do, very professional and easy to work with.

We are very pleased with the results of our duct and carpet cleaning. Amazed at what a different there is now in the quality of the air in our home! We are breathing so much better.
