Carlos answered the phone, and came over promptly. He was very agreeable and pleasant. The screens were installed, and were not the upgrade that I had paid for. The person installing asked if I was sure if I had ordered them, and he would have to check on the invoice. He didn't even know. When he checked he said that I was correct. The shipment had been accepted and not inspected, but signed off on as being correct. That bothered me. I was told the new screens would be provided and installed.
When it came time to have the new screens put in, the man was 45 minutes late, and that was only after I called and said I was waiting for 30 minutes for him to show. When he did, he kept on asking me if I had a screwdriver, that he needed a Phillips and he did not have one on him, or in his van. I had to borrow one from a neighbor. Most irritating. What guy doesn't have the tools he needs for a job?
Was NOT impressed. The quality of the windows is decent but not impressive. Feel I overpaid.

It went very well. I had about 5 estimates. Not only was Grande Vista's price the best, but I also had experience with their products and services over a course of about 10 years, and I have always been impressed. Their installation foreman, Kent, is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. The crew was very skilled. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with our new windows.
