Gentle Giant Cleaning Services

Everytime we've used Gentle Giant Cleaning Services we've just been very happy with the service that he's done. He's just amazing. He's prompt with his service and we like the results that we get from him. He's just an all around good carpet cleaner.

Gary provided a bid for each location and completed both jobs exceptionally well. He arrived exactly on time and did a very thorough job. For the heavy traffic areas, he cleaned the carpet in both directions on his hands and knees. Because I didn't want to move all my furniture into the garage, Gary easily agreed to do half of my living room and half of my family room, then come back two days later to complete those two rooms. That allowed me to push the furniture to one side of each room making the furniture move MUCH easier. This required two setups and two breakdowns of his equipment for one job but there was no extra charge.
I plan to use Gary anytime I need my carpets steam cleaned. He is a local guy, working for himself, and takes pride in the work he completes.
