The team that installed our floor was great. They did a great job matching our existing floors. There was a few times when the worker did not show up when we were told they would but the owner went above and beyond to make that right with us.

What an amazing company. I typically only write reviews when companies are horrible but Geist Flooring is so exceptional I wanted to take the time to give them kudos. When we contacted Jeff to come out for a quote there was no delay and he came by. He had it measured and an estimate within a few minutes which is a first indicator that he is a competent contractor. Dates were set up for install and Jeff did not vary from the estimated date or price. The crew prepped entire house and kept everything clean. They updated us on each step of the process and completion was as said. The end product was absolutely beautiful. Let me add his price was spot on and way less than competitors. No added gimmicks or up selling. We will only choose Geist Flooring for all our flooring needs.

Geist flooring were an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a lot of different work done throughout my whole house - hardwood floors put in, existing floors sanded and finished, and vinyl plank flooring installed. All executed perfectly. Jeff and team are professional, responsive (unbelievable so) and the result is absolutely beautiful! Highly and confidently recommended.

Job was done so fast! So amazing well. Cannot say enough about Jeff and his crew. Honest, carefull, polite. MY FLOORS ARE AMAZING!!!! And, so little to clean up. Plastic hung everywhere and the crew cleaned up like it was their home, not mine! So very, very happy.

very profesional at all times. i was very nervous about pulling up the carpet that had been 40 years since we had seen the floor. horrors, there was tile stuck down on top or the hardwood.. within a few hours it was an incredible lovely hardwood floor. i paid him and he returned once to put just one more coat on just for more shine. one of the good ones

From the moment of arrival, Jeff was knowledgable of the builder and worked with me to provide the service I wanted. After minimal negotiation, Jeff ordered the right product, scheduled his team around our move-in, and kept the mess to a minimum. The company is professional, thorough and I would not recommend anyone else needing floor installation or refinishing.

The floor is beautiful! They did a great job. We have wood on our main floor and Geist worked with us to find a match to the existing stain. We created quite a patch work trying to find the right one. The stain we ended up going with turned out to be their original recommendation - so thanks guys for your patience!
It is a messy process and can be a challenge to have work going on in your house but they made it as easy as possible. Jeff Geist recommended having Clean Sweep come in to seal off all rooms to contain the debris and dust, which was worth every cent! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to install or refinish their floors.

I was referred to Geist Flooring by a friend who was happy with the work they had done for him. I will admit, I'm probably one of the pickiest customers around, no complaints at all. The floors look beautiful and all the work was completed efficiently and when promised. I will use Geist again in the future.

Bad job from start to finish.... pits and cracks in the hardwood, did not finish as promised... left molding off and put some on the wrong direction.... very sarcastic attitude and not professional at all (the person who was rude and sarcastic was actually one of the owners). It was as if we were doing them a favor.... never again and I'm telling as many people as I can to stay away from this place!
