 + -1 moreFirst time in, the problem was not solved. Apparently they only cleaned, but did not repair the shutter. When picking it up in the store the shutter didn't open completely on the first try, on the second and successive tries it did, but when I got home and tried it repeatedly and it would not open completely. Returned to Best Buy to be serviced again. This time they 'replaced the lens cover and associated items' according to the clerk I spoke to on the phone. I was told it would be available the following morning, but it was not, so I had to make a second trip to the store for it. I had to wait in line for quite some time before being waited on.
Description of Work: Shutter was not opening or closing completely most of the time. The work was done under original warranty because we had not had the camera a year yet.

 + -1 moreTHE REPRESENTATIVE THAT CAME OUT WAS IN A CLEAN UNIFORM AND HAD EXCEPTIONAL KNOWLEDGE. HE WAS COURTEOUS, AND EDUCATED MY HUSBAND AND I ON OUR NEW SYSTEM.
Description of Work: WE HAD A HOME NETWORK SET UP TO CONNECT OUR THREE COMPUTERS. THEY ALSO INSTALLED OUR DSL MODEM.
