The first result came back higher than they wanted. So, then they came back to do some more work to make sure the results were where they wanted it to be. They should be coming out one more time. The system looks nice and aesthetically pleasing as it could. Every time they told me a time that they would be out, they showed up at that time.

As with many outfits there is a owner/salesman and a the workers who perform the job. The company was referred by the seller's agent in my house transaction. The installer was really great (Vic). He was really hi energy and enthusiastic -- something rare in contractors. He took the time to plan out the best method to route the piping. The install looked very clean felt solidy attached. He foam sealed all the penetrations through the rim joist and even my sewer line. The only thing I wasn't super pleased about was they dumped the rock/cement removed from basement into my sideyard. It wasn't much but they should either haul it away or at least ask first.
