Front range flooring

It was a lot of work removing the tile adhesive but Alex’s crew did a great job and my wife and I are very pleased with the floor now. It looks awesome. They finished in just a day and a half, hauled off all the old carpet, padding, tack strips and even moved our couch and recliner out of the house and back in when they were finished.

Alex was wonderful to work with and very accommodating to our unexpected scheduling delays (we purchased our own flooring materials and it kept not arriving on time). No surprise charges either, when our project exceeded the estimate budget she called us to discuss adding the extra materials onto the invoice at-cost which I felt was very reasonable. We had luxury vinyl installed to replace carpets in the basement and on the 2nd floor, and APP did a great job and the new floors look amazing. I will definitely be hiring them again once we save up enough for the next project!

They were on time. Professional. Easy to work with and really listened to help us fine the right stain. Alex never made us feel rushed and even suggested other stain colors on top of our allotted amount to get it just right. Prices were competitive and affordable. Alex was on top of communication and updates. She also made sure we loved our floors after! The guys were quick and clean and showed attention to detail. Very happy with our new floors and have received many compliments!!

I was recommended by a friend that has worked with App flooring prior to me, I was pleasantly surprised with Alex when she came and gave us an estimate, she was super professional and knowledgeable, she answered all of our questions patiently, guided us through all of the options and helped us to look for the right material and color combinations. She visualized and understood our style perfectly! Communication is key for us and we were able to text her at anytime when we needed to discuss details or doubts, she responded immediately. Her crew was punctual and they finished a day before we agreed, She also brought a cleaning crew after! The job was delivered on time and overall exceeded our expectations we were very satisfied with the final results! We are considering finishing the basement next and we are calling them again to help us with that project too!

My house looks amazing with the new floors, it’s been a year and it still looks like they just finished the job, I love the color and the way they could match it perfectly to what I wanted, if you’re thinking about working with APP, DO IT! You won’t regret it, she’s a grate communicator and explains the process all the way, it’s affordable and they’re quite fast.
