Frank is reasonable, and competent in the services, but you have to have a lot of lead time, and patience, because it is difficult for him to take your project.

We have used them several times and he is good. He did good work and came by and picked up the furniture. He brought it back when he said he would. The work was high quality and he had some options to improve our furniture. I would use them again.

We took a photo of the piece and e-mailed it to him so that he could provide an estimate. He and his son came to our home to pick up the piece and fabric and returned it to us in approximately 4 weeks. The quality was very good and the whole interaction went well. I'm very pleased with the final product.

I have used him before to recover a valance for me that was $300. He did a wonderful job both times. He was less in price than the other quotes I received. He is very friendly and really laid back. He has over 20 years experience with Ethan Allen.
