Duoc quoted me a price of $250, which I thought was very reasonable. There were two different days he was supposed to show up to do the work and he didn't show up either day. Then, when he did show up, I received his invoice for the and quot;work,and quot; which was very, very minimal. I had to look very hard for the work that was completed, and Duoc says he had 3 guys there for 4 hours. Really???? Hmmm. I had to contract with somebody else to finish the work that I REALLY wanted completed, which was indeed completed up to my standards. I also emailed Duoc twice after the and quot;workand quot; was completed to express my dissatisfaction and he never got back to me, until I received his next invoice via mail. I called him to discuss my disappointment and he was unyielding, not giving a crap about my dissatisfaction. He only told me to call somebody else next time, which of course, I will. Professionals engage in better communication and customer service, in my opinion. Do NOT use this company!
