We don't trust these guys anymore. I am the one who contacted the company to get a bid. When their salesman came to our home he described an orderly processed that would result in improved insulation, energy efficiency and a new roof. He said he was going to provide coordination and would be on sight to manage the insulation of the new roof. Because of our homes construction with vaulted ceilings he was going to need to coordinate installation of insulation and the roof tear off. What happened instead was they sent subcontractors to tear off the roof before the insulation could be put in. When we tried to have them coordinate their work they said "it'll be OK" and went ahead. That was one week ago. We thought they would get they would get the insulation team in the next day before they started putting in the new roof. They did not. They started installing the new roof. After many calls they finally got a member of their quote unquote "management" team to our home to see what we were telling them over the phone and at they are going to redo part of the roof. In the first week after the contract was signed they scheduled a energy audit for today. So far we have not heard anything further from them whether or not the audit is going to be today. They worked on Wednesday and Thursday of last week because they were trying to get the roof put in before the weather changed. Because they weren't taking care of the insulation they stopped. Friday the rain started and we could hear water leaking into our house so we called Saturday so they came out to cover up where the water was seeping into the house. Besides us calling them to come out there has been no follow up by them to coordinate the completion of the job including the energy audit that they scheduled. The person that agreed to be on sight has not been out since we signed the contract.
