DrainBusters Plumbing

We discovered the hard way that the faucet for the back hose had cracked inside the house and flooded our basement. We called Drainbusters at 8:30 am, the plumber arrived at 10:00 am, the work was done by 11:15 am. The price was appropriate. I'm very happy with the very quick response.

It went perfect! James showed up on time. He was both polite and personable. He took time to first size up the problem and fully understand my house's hidden pipe connections before he started the work, itself. When working, he spent a lot of time running his cleaning tool back and forth around any place that he detected when his tool slowed down (= very thorough). He cleaned up after himself once he was done. Maybe best of all, he took considerable time to educate me about what might have happened and how to best prevent future problems.

I would give them the top grade.

I have used them in the past. Technician comes out and tells you everything that you want to know about plumbing. He is very very thorough. He does not over-sell you or try you to do something that is not needed. They are honest and they know what they are doing. They have done fair amount of plumbing for us.

He came on time. Found the problems each time and did the repairs and I didn't have to call them back. They put in a new water heater for me and I've had no problems with that or any of the repairs that were done.

James was very punctual and honest.  He talked me through everything that he was doing.  James corrected all of the stuff that my ex had screwed up. He made sure that the drainage and the connections were all correct for the washer. He also checked my hot water heater and made sure that was all working correctly.  He was just great to work with and was so professional.  It took him about an hour to get everything corrected, and he even did a test run with the washer.  I have found the plumber that I will be using from now on!  The office staff at DrainBusters was really helpful, letting me know what time James would be coming, and calling to let me know when he was on his way.  They should hang on to James because he was just amazing! 

I called DrainBusters to install a toilet. They were able to come the next day. James was on-time, professional, and completed the job efficiently and seemlessly. Excellent service and reasonable pricing. I will definitely contact DrainBusters for future plumbing needs.

James is incredibly punctual and professional. We first found him through our home warranty and have continued to call him for anything that is not covered by AHS. He tried to clean our drain and found that he didn't have the right equipment for the job so he didn't charge us for the visit so we could contact another plumber. When we mentioned casually that we had an electrical issue and our electrician was not responsive, he took a look at the problem free of charge and referred us to an electrician who could do the simple fix. 
James is a pleasure to work with. Even without AHS, we'll call him first.

James, called before he showed up.  It was within the time agreed upon earlier in the week.  He explained that the $115 estimate was for a service I may not need.  He explored the problem and decided on a less expensive solution and completely solved a problem which I have been living with for too long.  I am so happy I called!

James is the owner and very amiable and knowledgeable. He has done a number of services for me in the past 2 years including installing a new water heater and doing plumbing repairs. Always dependable and reasonable. I would definitely use Drainbusters again and plan to.

I had a back patio faucet that wasn't working and I couldn't figure out what the problem was and neither could several others. Drainbusters arrived during their window of time that they gave me, and crawled around and investigated what was up. He cut a small hole in the drywall to check and discovered pipes going UP, which no one had thought about. He found the faucet in the center of my town-home, go figure! He made sure I knew how it should be maintained and how it worked, and just charged me for a basic service call. He was friendly and courteous.

Answered my phone call promptly on a Saturday afternoon and were willing to come out then, but I requested a late Tuesday appointment. James arrived at 4:45, within the specified 2 hr. window of 3-5. James was friendly, professional, and thorough. He quickly fixed our problem and checked to ensure that the fix did not create any new problems.

James' work and communication was really good. He communicated with us via both email and phone during a fairly complicated remodel of our master shower, coordinating the timing of his work with our tiler and also advising us on our purchase of Delta valves and controls (which we purchased separately on line). This was a fairly complicated shower, with two shower heads (one a hand-shower) and a divert valve, in addition to the usual controls. The only problem was minor (leaving a valve in a position that gave us lukewarm water in the rest of the house during one of the initial installation steps) and quickly fixed with a phone call. This work involved multiple trips to our house over a 1-2 week period.
