A different company had tried and failed to open up our clogged sewer pipe. Drain Express came with a camera and evaluated our line out to the tap. Unfortunately the problem area was filled with water so we were unable to see the problem, but Lee located and marked on the surface where the problem was. We convinced Lee to try his snake first before digging and this was unsuccessful. His bid for the repair job came in lowest and we liked his no pressure approach to educating us and giving us choices on how to proceed. They did the job in one day while showing us each step of the process. The pipe was filled with roots and broken right where he marked it. We are happy with the choices we made and work done. We will definitely call Lee at Drain Express for all of our future plumbing needs!
