They sent four guys and they were like worker bees - all over the place, and cheerful and fast. It's a huge house (5500 SF) but I don't remember how many windows, but you can imagine, so the price was great. Many windows were 20 feet high (indoors, not to mention second story windows, of course) and they were very handy with the ladders. I gave them a B only on quality because there were a few windows that weren't perfect and they don't clean the tracks the windows slide upon. Maybe nobody does. I don't know. Those tracks are miserable to clean out. It would take them forever. They did do a quick wipe of window sills, though.
