The first time I called him he told me about his business, and made sure I was in his service area. I asked for a quote, but he indicated that he doesn't do final pricing until he gets to the location and measures out the rooms he will be cleaning.
I scheduled Chris to come out on a Thursday after having my house cleaned.
However, Monday night before we were scheduled for the cleaning, Chris called and indicated that he had to go out of town suddenly and wouldn't be able to make it Thursday. We rescheduled for Tues morning, and I let him know that the carpets wouldn't be vacuumed prior to him arriving due to the short notice and change of plans. He said that wasn't a problem since we were being flexible with him. I also let Chris know that if he arrived before I did Tuesday morning, the house was open and to just get to work, and I'd be there as soon as possible.
I got to the house just a couple of minutes after our meeting time and Chris already had the house measured, the truck set up, and was starting to work. It was awesome. I met him, got the total cost, signed a form, and wrote him a check, then I was off to work. All in less than 10 minutes. I love that he was motivated to get working so early.
The carpets look great, smell great, and I'm very pleased with the work. I would use Chris and Code Blue again.
