 + -1 moreThey knew exactly what the problem was. They ordered the part and within a couple of days, they had it fixed good as new. They didn't try to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced like some other stores or try to sell me a new vacuum. They are honest and do timely and excellent work.

 + -1 moreTHE OWNER AND EMPLOYEES ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, AND REPUTABLE. WHEN I TOOK A VACUUM IN I RECEIVED FROM MY SISTER, THEY SERVICED IT WITH NO COMMENTS AS TO ITS MAKE OR CONDITION LIKE SOME COMPANIES WOULD TRYING TO ALWAYS SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU MAY NOT 'NEED.'
