It was a really hard thing to get my apartment complex to work with me and he helped me with all the red tape and stuff. I was very happy with that. The person that they sent out was very friendly and did the work fast. The guy that runs the company actually helped work with my apartment building on the red tape. I had talked to a lot of other people and told them that I had to have consent because it is a state-run building and they ran the other way.

Contractor shopped and negotiated for best price on granite in quantity needed for job; open book accounting. He coordinated all measuring and fabrication with the granite supplier. He set schedules and coordinated all activity and clearly outlined stages of work, time lines and expectations. At the end of every work day, the entire area of work was completely cleaned up (including vacuuming) so you could cook and eat even during construction. All debris was stored in a small box van brought on site. Arrived when they said they would, courteous, and consciencious. Completed work on time, per schedule, and on budget. No surprises. Made several follow up calls, after job completed, to ensure everything was satisfactory.
