The service tech found it was our fan's power supply and was able to replace it that day. Aspen Creek Heating and Air work on our systems several times. They are prompt, reliable, and cost effective with their solutions. Great company! They have never tried to sell us new units if the current issue can be rectified with a simple service.

I woke up (work nights) at 1245pm on a Saturday afternoon to find that my furnace wasn't working. Thought to myself, well this is sweet, just what I need during this whole Covid-19 lockdown... So I poked around a bit at my furnace to see if I could figure it out. I obviously could not because I'm an idiot. I looked for the closest HVAC place near me with the best reviews and called them up, at 1pm. They said they could have someone on the way shortly. He got here within 20 minutes, found the problem (blown fuse), fixed it while also servicing and tuning it and left at 2pm, and for only 120 bucks. Literally the best home service I've ever had. Can't recommend highly enough.

Technician cleaned and worked on heater, but it is too old to really be repaired. Technician was prompt, courteous, and we trusted his feedback. Scheduling the service was convenient and responsive. Technician gave us a better coupon than we had available.

Excepional. Easily the best experience on home repair/ improvement we've had in yrs. From the office to the Technicians to the product = AAA+++ This work (New Evaporative Cooler was scheduled and completed on time, fast in June and worked beautifully all summer. Recently Shannon scheduled and Dan (Lead on our project) with Danny came out to winter shut down and show me how details for me to shut down/spring start up in the future. I fully expected to be charged but was pleasently surprised that it was included in the original/final cost

Cons: Re-scheduled last minute after making appointment a month in advance. Showed up late when they actually came. By the time they came it was "too cold outside to get an accurate read on the system". Everything that should have been included in the Tune-up was going to be insanely expensive. Service techs were rude in explaining why the system needed more refrigerant. I have a PHD, and he just kept saying "yea its too complicated to explain when you haven't been looking at the gauges as long as I have". Pros: They put covers on their shoes when they came in the house. They hosed off the outside unit.

We are currently going through some transitions as a company and are having a tough time hiring enough technicians. I'm surprised by their reply to your question, but they were correct that it was not an ideal day for an a/c clean and check. It's hard to get a reading on refrigerant levels if there is no heat load on the unit itself (and it has been unseasonably cool for August! It was in the low 60's when they were there. The actual price was $99, and I'm looking at your check right now. I will mail it back to you. I don't want you to have to pay for something that you felt was worthless. He quickly found the reason for the noise; a piece of material had come loose near the fan and vibrated when the fan came on. He repaired the loose flap and the air condition was much quieter. He also did a seasonal service of the whole system.

Aspen Creek came out to fix my 18 yo furnace. Mike diagnosed the issue in 10 min, had the part on his truck and fixed for me. We talked about replacing my furnace and we agreed he would do it. He didn't charge me for the furnace repair since I was buying a new one. They came out when they said, replaced the furnace in 3.5 hours and left the area better than they found it. A few days before the furnace install my central a/c stopped working. Mike and Dan took a look at it, diagnosed the issue in 5 min, called around town to get the part, went and got it, installed it. Exceptional service! These guys are great!

We just bought a new house and noticed the furnace would come on for a few minutes and then shut off for 20 minutes. We called Aspen Creek to take a look and the next day their technician, Mike, came out. Only took him a minute to figure out that the filter had been missing and the coils were caked. A couple hours later the coils were nice and clean. He did a great job keeping us informed of what he was doing, he was VERY friendly and we enjoyed having him in our home.

Amazing service. I had been out of town and came back to the smell. Aspen was the only provider out of 6 calls made that was able to get service done the same day, and Allison was very accommodating. Mike did an AMAZING job in a very challenging situation. Way beyond the scope of the work, he dis-assembled and cleaned all parts of the unit and also made sure that the outside screening was finally working as it should to prevent this from happening in the future. He worked quickly and neatly and was extremely polite and knowledgeable.
Aspen Creek is the ONLY HVAC provider I will ever call on for future services - I am a customer for life!

Mike from Aspen Creek is fantastic! He came out on 8/1/14 to install a whole house humidifier. He showed me how it works and how to change filters. Last week, I noticed the unit was whistling. Mike came out 8/8/14 and tightened the housing clamp. No more whistling! And he didn't charge me for the service call. I highly recommend Mike with Aspen Creek Heating and A/C!

On the day of closing, we inspected the units and assumed the seller neglected the only concession we asked for. The furnace was filthy, with a dead spider in dust just inside the panel of one of the air intakes. Cobwebs dangled from the filter. There were cobwebs in the compartment at the bottom of the fire place, and the A.C. condenser still had cobwebs hanging from it. We considered not closing on the house as a result. When they were called to schedule an appointment to make it right, the tech went on about only needing to clean parts that affect the function of the unit. They did agree to come out to make it right, so we scheduled an appointment, and then they stood us up and did not show. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Dan showed up on time, for estimate and repair work. I bid out to four suppliers and Aspen gave me the best price for the furnace. I had considered replacing the ac at the same time and Aspen said do not spend the money at this time the AC was fine.
