I called my insurance agent at 5:00 p.m. on a Friday when we found the leak during a major storm. She put me in touch with Repairs Unlimited to take emergency action. They called me within 30 minutes and were at the house within 2 hours to analyze the problem and mitigate. The price was reasonable. They took before and after pictures for the insurance company, in case we put in a claim (probably will not). These have come in extremely handy for getting quotes from companies to fix the damage.
Description of Work: We had a leak in our roof. They came out, gave a professional opinion on the source of the leak, and put a tarp (roof underlayment) on the problem areas to prevent further damage, until we could get it repaired.
