Veterinarians
My sisters dog died in the lobby because the staff refused to help. They said they're open until 8 but their vets all leave at 6 because they can't work 24/7, and they couldn't do anything for her dog. They stood there and watched him die on their lobby floor. The front desk girl was rude and nasty, even as my sister pled for help for her animal.

They have a great deal for first time customers. The well visit fee is
waved for the first pet. I have two dogs so that helps a lot. The
cost of vaccinations are very reasonable, $15 and $20 depending on the
vaccine. They are short staffed right now with veterinarians. The
doctor that met us was a visiting vet helping out. He was not the most
personable but is not the full-time doctor. The vet tech, was great and
very personable. There is a new woman working the front desk as well
and is still learning so it took a bit longer to check out than I expect
is normal. Overall it was a good experience especially for the cost.
