Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and offered reasonable pricing. He answered my questions and concerns on the phone prior to our appointment as well as onsite. He arrived on time and was thorough cleaning my carpets. He takes pride in his work and did a fantastic job taking care not to damage walls, floors, and corners. I couldn't recommend Chris and his company enough and I am quite satisfied. Carpet is soft, clean, and he was able to get two stains out. Weeks later it all still looks great.

Chris was able to book our cleaning within days of contacting him, was on time to the appt established, and did a thorough job on the carpets. We were contemplating replacing the carpets and are so glad we used Chris' services first. Spent only 10% what it would have cost to replace them! Carpets look barely used after 10 years of regular use. Amazing. We will be using Altitude for all our carpet cleanings and will be doing it more often.
