Alternative View Windshield Repair & Headlight Res

I called several places on July 4th to get prices and find a provider to replace a cracked windshield on my daughter's car. One of the places I had contacted through their website was Safelite Auto Glass.  The price quote, via the Internet, was $325.
The car was just here for the weekend so, the repair had to happen either July 5th or July 6th.  I wasn't expecting a call back on the 4th.  Bright and early on July 5, Ina called me to explain that her company did windshield repairs, not replacements. Then to my surprise, she offered to call several places that she works with that do replacements.  She said she'd get prices and available appointment times for me.
An hour later, she called me back to say that Complete Auto Glass could replace the windshield for $150, for an after-market windshield, or $170 for a premium windshield and, they could come to my house on Saturday morning to do the work.  I opted for the premium windshield.  Ina then called Complete Auto Glass, again, and made the appointment for me.  She called me back to confirm that the time had been set and told me that I'd receive a call from the technician 20 minutes before he got to my house.  I was given a window of 9 AM - 1 PM for him to be here.
Justin, the technician from Complete, called me at about 11 AM to tell me he was on his way.  He showed up at about 11:30, had the old windshield out and a new one installed in about 30 minutes.
Ina is a star, in my book.  She went far and beyond where she needed to and I'll recommend her for repairs if I'm asked.
