This vehicle had an accumulation of issues with fluids (coolant, etc.) and lubricants (oil and transmission) leakage.  It had degraded to the point that it was impacting the ability to safely drive the car.  These folks were on the Angie list that was graded high.  They were able to work us in quickly and in a very reasonable time frame were able to correct these issues.  The amount they charged was the amount estimated.  In contrast, another provider estimated significantly higher and did not address all of the issues.

These folks provided an estimate that they backed.  They got this car back on the road faster than anticipated.  They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful in explaining what was going on, and after 2 months the car is still running like a champ!  With our high reluctance to deal with unknown service providers, these folks stepped up to the plate and performed.

If you're looking for someone who will help you with your car, will give you a straight and informed story, will stand behind their estimate, and you'll want to go back.,.there are the folks you'll want to give a chance.

The service provided by Mark at Accountable Auto Care was so incredible, I was prompted to right this review. The service provided was way above standard and I won't hesitate to go there whenever I have an auto repair need. Mark was very responsive, did what he said (actually, faster than promised) and the price was very fair and never changed throughout the process. We had an issue with the car that was unrelated to the repair and Mark took care of that for us at no charge. It was minor and he could have charged us for it, but said it was no problem and took care of it for us. I would highly recommend his shop to anyone that wants great service, a fair price and someone you can trust.

The woman that answered the phone was very helpful and able to get me scheduled later in the day I called. There was a backup, so I got the quote the next day and told them to proceed. When it got close to their closing time, I called, but was told they preferred to hold the van overnight and do another test for leaks in the morning. The cost was not cheap, but I was happy when the total bill came in slightly under the estimate I had been given. That was a first for me with auto repairs. The van has run without problems after their work.

This was my first visit to Accountable Auto for routine maintenance. The service was prompt, professional, efficient and fairly priced. A weird noise I was hearing was diagnosed as a normal wear and tear issue. I did not get a hard sell on a service or new parts, but given an estimate what it would cost to repair when the noise became unbearable. When the time comes I will be back for my major repair. In the meantime, I will visit Accountable Auto for normal maintenance on all my cars. Highly recommended!

I was impressed. He did what the car manfacturer recommended. Got me in within 1 hour. And saved me  at least $100 over what the dealer service wanted to charge me.  I'm a big fan.

They didn't do much, they were checking to see  what was wrong, because our van kept on shutting off, but after we took it there, it stopped doing that. They couldn't figure out what was wrong, so they just charged us an hour of labor, because our van stopped shutting down.

I've never been so pleased with an auto repair experience.  My car needed a new alternator and when I called Accountable Auto Care they were able to get me in on the same day.  Mark even came to give me a jump start when my car died en route to the shop.  The work was done incredibly quickly and everyone I encountered there was very professional and helpful.  The cost was lower than I expected - especially given how quickly it was done.  I am very impressed by the service I received and the next time my car needs anything I will be back.

They are an excellent company. They are cheaper then dealership prices but have dealership quality.

These guys are great!  They got the car in the next day, finished the work promptly, and gave us an itemized quote before they started.  We were able to put off some of the work until the next week to make it more affordable.

The quoted price for the part and labor were right on.  I was kept informed of the status of the job throughout the process, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the repair was completed.

The team at Accountable Auto Car was able to perform the inspection on fairly short notice and helped me understand the current condition of the vehicle, what needed to be done to it soon, and what the upcoming maintenance issues might be.

Originally, I brought my car in to get a tune-up.  They did a diagnostic on my car and then called me with a list of repairs that needed to be done, as well as an estimate.  I was unable to get the repairs done all at once due to financial issues, so I was given a list of which repairs needed to be done in order of most crucial (which I really appreciated).  Also, I like that they can give you a loaner or or a ride if you need one.

Mark is great no job to big or to small . He will get you back on the road as soon as possible . He is honest and that is hard to find when dealing with a auto repair shop. As a woman he take the time to explain what is wrong with your car and how he will fix it.

Mark Gurnsey, the owner of Accountable Auto Care, has been taking care of my car for about a year now. It's really important to me to be treated with respect and taken seriously by the person that takes care of my car, and as a woman that has not always been the case with other car care companies.  I can call Mark in the middle of the day with a question about a new sound I've heard in my engine and he is happy to find the time to pull my car in and figure out my problem, and he takes me seriously every time.  He can take care of something as simple as changing my wiper blades which I don't like to do, to a really big job such as a  replacing the head gaskets in my engine (a job I will be scheduling in the near future).  I am confident that Accountable Auto Care is going to help my 2002 Subaru Outback go over 300,000 miles with out any serious problems.  That is a very good feeling!

I like their clean waiting room. There is a TV and a desk in there to do work. As far as I can tell everything with the work is fine.
