The house was built in 1975, with two additions since then. The roofs were not tied together in the most practical way. For this reason I had one contractor who declined to even try to estimate the work. Prior to the work completed by Paramount I had one area between two of the roofs that created large icicles on my patio area during the winter. Paramount removed all the existing shingles, replaced a couple rotted boards, and suggested and installed some badly needed roof vents. The installation of the new roofing tied all the roof area together in a beautiful manner. I could not be more pleased. The estimator/supervisor and the lead man on the crew were easy to work with and addressed any concerns I had during the entire process. The county building inspector had one concern when the job was completed and this too was handled very professionally. This work was done three years ago, but I just joined Angie's List and was compelled to write this review.

I had asked 5 roofing contractors to estimate this job and chose Paramount because they had the most reasonable approach, cost and roof preparation/closure practices. They estimated the job the same day I called and arrived right on time to perform the estimate. Paramount provided me a written estimate of the work and cost the next day via email. The workman arrived right on time the morning work was to commence and was completed in the time allotted. Clean up was thorough and the job was followed up by a Supervisor's visit to ensure the job was done to his and my satisfaction. Although I paid for the job at its conclusion I was emailed a copy of the invoice with pictures of the job during completion. This is a first class outfit doing first class, professional work. I will use them again. Highly recommended!

However, I checked with the owner if the city had oked the  work they did.  He emailed and let me know that he would check on it.  That was the middle of September.  I haven't heard anything.  Yesterday I checked with the city website and it doesn't show that anything has done on the permit number.  I emailed him yesterday and haven't received an answer.

He was very honest, very good, always did what he said he was going to do and didn't charge me more than he said he would. And I had some idiots who worked here before, one year back. And Paramount Enterprises guys came along and help me out, because I had been done so wrong by these other guys. So he was very nice and I would recommend these guys to anybody as well.

He did give me an estimate and stuck to it. He did what he said he was going to do and in the time frame he said he was going to do it.
